These ports include Ellis Island, Castle Garden, Baltimore, Boston, Galveston, New Orleans, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Hamburg, Canada and others. These one-step forms are easy to use and will help you locate your ancestor. Here is a sample form that one fills out to conduct a search:
